Keeping Up With The TikTokers: Why the Internet Has Been Going Crazy for the Past 24 Hours

If you are reading this, then you probably know everything about The Hype House and The Sway House. But in the past few hours, it's hard to keep track and what happened, because it seems like everything went down at once. Let us revert to see how it started.

Seems like everything was fine between the houses till the 6th of July, 2020. But the suspicions started arousing around the morning of 6th July, when fans began speculating The Sway House and some members of Hype House unfollowed each other on Instagram. It started with and Charli D'amelio unfollowing Nessa Barret and Chase Hudson on Instagram according to Tiktokroom.

If you had been living under a rock, Chase Hudson had been subjected to cheating rumors in the past. It was rumored that Lil' Huddy had cheated on Charli with Nessa Barrett leading to a diss track from the Sway boys: Josh Richards and Bryce Hall. While none of them denied or confirmed the rumors, Charli and Chase had broken up soon after. But fortunately, they had continued to remain friends...until now.

The Unfollow Wars

Almost 5 hours after unfollowing Chase Husdon and Nessa Barrett, Charli D'Amelio had posted a picture on her Instagram, where she stood wearing a blue bikini and smiling at the camera. "Your loss ;)" She had captioned the post. Immediately, fans began connecting this with her unfollowing Chase the same morning.

We could say that this was the beginning of unfollow wars, as following this event it was noticed that a bunch of Tiktok influencers, including Josh Richards, Jaden Hossler, Griffin Johnson, Anthony Reeves, Kio Cyr, and Bryce Hall, had unfollowed Lil Huddy and Nessa Barrett and vice versa. Apart from this, Nessa also deleted all the videos she had posted at The Hype House, after Tomas Petrou, the founder of the house, unfollowed her.

Adding to the confusion, Jaden Hossler tweeted, 'I don't do things for attention so get out of here. I simply just did not want to see fake **s people's faces anymore, hence, the unfollowing. I'm sure the other people felt a similar way.' Josh Richards also tweeted, 'Sometimes, you need to cut out the fake people in your life You give them f*****g second chances and they go behind your back and try and f**k with you again. The biggest advice I have for you all, learn who is real! Wish everyone the best and hope they all succeed.'

But we weren't the only ones confused. One hour later, Dixie D'Amelio tweeted 'wait what happened?' and 'am I supposed to be unfollowing people?' showing visible confusion. Another hour later, following posts from Tiktokroom, who unlike us, seemed to know what's going on, Charli, had tweeted 'I hope she was worth it :)' and proceeded to delete her pictures with Chase from Instagram.

What Really Happened?

Finally, after what seemed like hours, but was actually a few minutes, Chase Hudson, who seemed to be the center of this dropped a bomb, freeing us from worldwide confusion but giving us an attack: "All of this drama going on because I kissed Nessa when we were both single."

NOW...... FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS😭☕️👀

Jaden Hossler reposted the tweet with an unconvincing message, 'boy you need to ONE stop lying and giving half-truth to make yourself look better, and TWO when we pulled up and confronted you in person, you didn't say sh** except you were wrong.' He continued, 'Sit down and be quiet on social media if you aren't gonna talk in person sad.'

At this point, we didn't even know how to keep up with all this, when twitter accounts of every one were bursting up with new tweets, accusations, and lies. Anthony Reeves and Avani Dicaprio talked about breaking bro code.

Charli Responds:

Addressing the tweets, Charli finally responds to Chase an hour later stating, 'then you shouldn't have come to my house after without telling me...' Immediately, fans were in support of her commenting 'Stan Charli.' #lilhuddyisover became trending on twitter. Even influencers were confused commenting, 'I feel like we are in musershaderoom days, I can't even keep up'

The other influencers were supporting Charli with words of encouragement on her latest TikTok and her Instagram live where she decided she was not going to even address the rumors.

Another diss track

The drama wasn't over yet, but it was definitely accelerating when Bryce Hall tweeted, 'hey @joshrichards imagine we did another diss track on the kid to actually crush his career this time' This was in reference to 'Still Softish', a diss track earlier released by Bryce Hall and Josh Richards, targeting Chase Hudson. In response, Blake Gray, tweeted '#staysoftish' which we assume is the name of the new diss track.

Exposing Sway House

Another hour passes and Chase decided to tweet a picture of his notes where he exposes all the Sway boys specifically, of course, minutes later many people started tweeting him back and just tweeting in general and accusing him of lying, but apparently, tweets weren't Jaden Hossler's resort to solving this problem as he decided he wanted to go to the Hype House and talk it out face to face.

About an hour later Jaden tweets out that they talked it out and that a fight was completely unnecessary, shortly after Chase deletes all his tweets from that morning and just retweets Jaden's tweet. And this is the end of it but we know so well that Bryce and Josh won't stay on the low with that diss track!

Also, an honorable mention to Diego Martir, in an attempt to do the "Anger level" trend on the Tiktokroom Instagram account he managed to crash the account and made them loose almost 10K in less than a minute.
