Music & Podcasts

August 19, 2023

Self-help podcasts are a great way to learn new skills, gain insights, and improve your well-being. Despite it not being as captivating and trendy among teenagers as platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, podcasts remain a viable and valuable choice that is not easily replaced.

What sets podcasts apart from many other social media applications is their lack of a visual component. Unlike watching a YouTube video, which demands both audio and visual attention and can be time-consuming, podcasts offer a distinct advantage. They can be enjoyed while multitasking, allowing you to listen while engaging in various activities such as working out or just preparing for dinner, and podcasts will help you to be more productive, as you can multitask while doing something that does not require a certain degree of concentration.

The best of all is that whether you want to boost your confidence, cope with stress, or achieve your goals, there is always going to be a podcast out there that is for you! But with so many options to choose from, how do you find the best ones for your needs?

To help you guys out, I have compiled a list of the five best self-help podcasts for teens in 2023 according to my experience, reviews that I've gathered from the internet, and an immense amount of research that I've done to put all of the fragments of information that I've found helpful together, which are truly the cream of the crop!
