Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and while this holiday is often associated with couples, the single pringles shouldn't feel left out! Celebrated on February 13, the day before Valentine's Day, Galentine's Day is a way of expressing love to friends. Single or not, spending time with your gals is always fun. Here are five party activities that you and your girls can do to make the most of Galentine's Day.

#1 Board night

You might have seen this trend on TikTok or another social media platform. Here's how it works: each person brings a themed food board to the party, whether it be a wings board, a candy board, a S'mores board, or a fruit board, and everyone shares! The fun part is making your board aesthetic.

It shouldn't only taste good— it has to look the part too! This is also an easy way to assemble appetizers, entrées, and desserts for your party. Everyone contributes, which takes the burden of preparing all the food off of the host.

#2 Heart pizza

Have you ever tried making pizza? It might sound difficult, but all you need is some pizza dough (store-bought is quickest), pizza sauce, and toppings of your choice. Heart pizzas perfectly embody Valentine's Day. Each girl can personalize their pizza to their appetite and preferences, and in the end, you'll turn out with a cute and delicious meal!

#3 Sip & paint

If you want to incorporate arts and crafts into your party, consider reserving some time for this relaxing activity. Your canvas does not have to be a literal canvas, although small canvases are a popular choice. You can paint picture frames (a lovely way to cherish memories), tote bags, bookmarks, or anything your heart desires.

Sip on a mocktail or other fancy beverage while you paint, all while spilling the latest tea. You can also snack on some sweet treats or indulge in the heart pizzas you just cooked up!

#4 Girls game night

Board games may seem super outdated, but they can bring a lot of joy to the party! You can play some classic board games (my personal favorites for groups are The Game of Life, Codenames, and Guess Who?) or opt for games tailored to girls. One such game, For the Girls, has recently gone viral on TikTok. Cards that fall under five categories are labeled with instructions and dares, from making prank calls to revealing juicy secrets.

#5 DIY jewelry

If you want a tangible way to show your love for your girls, make charm necklaces or bracelets! Kits are easy to find online. You and your friends can customize jewelry with your initials, an inside joke, or any other symbol that represents your friendship. Take creative liberty!
