How To Get Comfy When It's That Time of the Month

All of us teen girls can relate to the drag and pain of the time of the month. It is so annoying ..... well what if I could share with all of my tips to get comfy whilst on your time of the month to make it so much better and bearable. It is very important that us girls get comfy as don't we go through enough already? I hope these tips will help you out enjoy!

1. Buy and eat your favorite foods!

This is the time of the month where you are totally allowed to treat yourself and eat whatever you like. This can make you feel better and more comfortable as it is nice to enjoy foods that are craved and that are loved. Whether it's ice cream, sweets, chocolate or popcorn, whatever is favored make sure you buy it and enjoy eating it, it will make you all feel better.

Lots of girls do try and eat healthy throughout the month so don't feel bad about treating yourself because you shouldn't. You can only be more comfortable if you eat foods you love.

2. Cotton Bralettes are your best friend!

If painful breasts are a big problem then cotton bralettes are your best friend. They are so comfortable, still look elegant and still offer the support you need. Calvin Kleins are a great investment but even the cheap ones from Primark work well. As long as they support and give as much comfort as possible the price doesn't matter.

3. Wear comfy clothes!

Pajamas and tracksuits are a must have. It is certainly not possible to be comfortable if we make the wrong choices with clothing, choose baggy patterned trousers over skinny jeans and baggy t-shirts over small crop tops. It makes all the difference, promise. Spend as much time as you can in pajamas because it will help, tight clothes will only make you feel more bloated and sad.

4. Hot water bottles for cramps

They will soothe the pain and help you sleep a lot better, also accompanied by paracetamol which of course you should only take the recommended dose of and if the pain isn't too bad they won't be needed. Hot water bottles can also be really cute and the fluffy ones are just the best. This can brighten up your mood which is well needed!

5. Pamper yourself!

This is my last but most important point. Pamper yourself. Put a lovely face mask on and sit back and relax in a lovely bath with a charming bath bomb of your choice and some lovely calming music. Paint your nails your favorite color and make a lovely foot bath with some bath salts and hot water. Exfoliate your skin, whatever you like to do, do it all these things will make you feel so much better.

I hope these tips make the time of the month more comfortable and calm for anyone reading this. That is it for today's article and I will see you next week for another one. Have a fab week!
