One way to ease this stress is through art. Art is a way to express yourself calmly, whether you are brilliant at it or not. Here are some ways it can boost your mental health:

1. Allows You to Express Yourself

Art is a vessel to allow you to express feelings without using words. It can be sometimes difficult for one to show how they really feel using words, so in order to let them out, you can draw it out. Some suggestions are like painting, drawing, or even scribbling to let out what is on your mind.

Try this: In the future, if you are experiencing emotions of stress or troubledness, grab some markers and start to draw whatever you are feeling and let it out. There is no need for perfection; it is only to help you release your built-up emotions.
