With the warmer weather right around the corner, I have been starting off my winter with some training. Nothing crazy, of course, but just a light workout routine has been keeping my energy up and boosting my mood.

When I started doing these more advanced, challenging workouts, though, that’s really when I realized how important your gear really is.
