Spring Into Florals, Sunshine, and Good Vibes: All the Cute Looks from the Trend Forecast with Princess Polly

Fashion

Mon, April 14

It is finally spring, which means that we can finally bring out the dreamiest, cutest outfits. Now that the sun is out, it’s time to embrace flirty, lighthearted hems and cuts, the coolest travel-inspired prints and patterns, and of course, all the colors.

As a huge fashion lover, I love analzying the trend forecast and keeping up with what’s in vogue. For the spring season that is in full swing, I’m seeing a lot of the below:

The Ultimate Spring Trend Forecast

It’s fun to be on trend but still have your own sense of style. These are a good blend of both:

Pastel Colors

Soft lilacs, baby blues, and butter yellows are dominating right now, and for good reason. Pastels feel fresh, feminine, and a little bit nostalgic, almost like a 2000s rom-com in outfit form. Try mixing and matching pastel tones for an effortlessly coordinated look that still feels playful.

Low Rise Everything

Love it or hate it, the Y2K revival is here to stay. Low-rise denim, flowy skirts sitting at the hips, and cropped hemlines are back on the mood board. The key is to balance proportions: pair your low-rise pants with a tighter-fitting top or a cropped cardigan.

Basic, But Make It Layered

This spring is all about thoughtful layering. Think sheer button-downs over tanks and oversized jackets thrown over mini dresses. It's giving "I just threw this on”, but better.

With all the trends being shared, the next question is where to shop for said trends. Because I’m not a gatekeeper, I’ll let you in on where all of the fashion girlies are shopping: Princess Polly.

I can say with full confidence that there is absolutely nowhere better to get on top of the trends for spring than Princess Polly.

Spring isn’t just romantic vibes and field dresses— there are so many different style variations that come with this season. Without further ado, below are my absolute all-time favorite vibes you cannot miss out on:

Spring Fling

Spring is all about sunshine and spontaneous plans. So naturally, a good mini dress is your new best friend. Whether you’re heading to brunch, running errands that somehow turn into a cute date, or just feeling yourself because why not, these two dresses from Princess Polly are chef’s kiss.

If spring were a dress, it would literally be the Jaye Mini Dress. With beautiful watercolor-inspired iterations of sardine cans, lemon sprigs, oyster shells, mojitos, fresh berries, and so much more, this is the definition of Euro Summer-ready.

  • My favorite part: the dress is a fit and flare and hugs the curves just right.
  • Fully lined and made from LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers, so yes, she’s cute and low-impact.

Style it with white sneakers, a messy updo, and your favorite canvas tote. This dress wants to be seen at a farmer’s market.

The Baseline Rib Yellow Mini Dress is the one you throw on when the sun’s hitting your window just right and you need a serotonin outfit. With a ribbed, soft, and perfectly laid-back with the scoop neckline and button detail, this dress is giving effortlessly sweet girl next door energy.

  • My favorite part: this dress is stretchy and comfy—no zippers, no fuss, just pure good vibes. This is so casual that you can even pair it with sneakers.
  • Made with 95% reclaimed cotton, so she’s sustainable too. We stay impressed, Princess Polly!

Style it with oversized sunnies, chunky slides, and a half-up claw clip. It’s going to be your go-to for sunny day strolls and picnics.

Dreamy and Romantic

When the vibe is soft, sweet, and subtly flirty, outfits are just so much more fun to style and wear. Whether you're heading out for golden hour drinks, lingering at an art gallery, or just romanticizing your walk to class, these pieces deliver main character energy in the most dreamy way.

The Lunya Top is the kind of top that makes you feel like the protagonist in a vintage European summer film.

  • My favorite part: with soft lace trim at the bust and the most delicate textured fabric, it’s romantic without being overdone.
  • Okay, one more: I am obsessed with the lace detailing and the pastel pink.

Pair it with low-rise linen pants, dainty gold jewelry, and a little lip tint.

If you couldn’t get enough of the Lunya top, you’re in luck, because it comes in dress form, too. The Lunya Mini Dress is what you'd wear when you want to feel like a literal breath of fresh air.

  • My favorite part: the way it hugs just right without clinging—minimalist but never boring.
  • The slim fit, v-neckline, and soft structure make this the ultimate clean-girl moment.

Style it with espadrilles, a messy bun, and a straw bag. Think: summer in the Hamptons, but make it casual.

Keeping It Casually Chic

Sometimes, the key to a stylish look is keeping it easy, breezy, and just a little bit cool. Whether you’re running errands, hanging out with friends, or simply out to grab coffee, these selects will have you covered for a chic but effortless vibe.

The Stand By Halter Top is the perfect mix of sporty, flirty, and cute in one.

  • My favorite part: the stretchiness and the lined bust. I can throw it on and still feel secure and cute.
  • It’s perfect for going out but also appropriate enough for casual activities, and feels kind of sporty, meaning you can do track shorts or mini skirts.

Pair it with denim shorts or your favorite casual white pants for that all-white beachy summer vibe.

The Baseline Strapless Rib Yellow Top brings all the retro vibes with a touch of sweetness.

  • My favorite part: the pastel baby yellow. Enough said, I’m obsessed.
  • The straight neckline and silicone lining at the bust has a good stretch and zero fuss, and won’t be constantly pulling down on you.

Style it with a flowy skirt, or keep it simple with your favorite jeans and chunky sandals.

Everyone needs a pair of linen white pants. The Vendi Low Rise Pant Petite is the ultimate wardrobe staple that gives “I’m fashionable without even trying” vibes, especially with the low rise and adorable pearl-inspired button.

  • My favorite part: the low-rise, straight-leg cut. It’s giving me a 90s throwback moment. I think I can so see Victoria Beckham wearing this.
  • The non-stretch, 100% cotton material gives it that structured, tailored feel without looking stiff, and I am obsessed. That is such a rare find in a pair of white pants.

Pair these with anything from a tucked-in tee to a casual blouse, and you’ve got yourself a classic look, made modern.

She’s A Cool Girl

The secret to the “cool girl” look is all about laid-back vibes. Sometimes, you just need to exist in your own little world with full on confidence- that’s really all you ever need.

The Alonza Tee is your classic baby tee with a little something extra.

  • My favorite part: this is the type of tee you just toss on with anything, and somehow you still look effortlessly put together.
  • Plus, the fabric has the best stretch. I have never come across a shirt more comfortable and now I want it in a million different colors. Comfort is key, always.

Pair it with your favorite low-rise jeans, chunky sneakers, and oversized sunglasses for some instant cool girl mode.

The Premier Layered Tank Top is that elevated basic every wardrobe needs.

  • My favorite part: the layered design with the fixed halter neck strap. I have never seen anything like it and I am obsessed.
  • Made with a reclaimed nylon blend, it’s as sustainable as it is stylish, keeping you feeling good while looking good.

Style this one with wide-leg pants, a slouchy cardigan, and the dad-shoes-turned-cool-girl-sneakers.
