Intuitive vs Sensing [N vs S]
The second letter represents whether a person is intuitive (a creative thinker) or sensing (a logical thinker).
A logical thinker (sensing) is rational and detail oriented; they aim to make a conclusion by analyzing and organizing facts and/or data. Sensing types look at things more realistically and methodically to find the best way to move forward.
Intuitive thinkers (N) make their decisions based on their intuition or on a gut feeling. However intuitive thinking is not just guessing; it comes as a feeling, not a thought. They can make decisions without needing facts, data or extra information.

Thinking vs Feeling [T vs F]
Thinking types are stereotypically known as cold. However, this is not true as these types simply value truth over sensitivity and can easily identify flaws. They are thick skinned and firm with others.
Feeling types make decisions based on principles and values. They judge situations based on feeling. They dislike conflict, are empathetic and get hurt easily.

The final letter determines whether you are Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).
People with the judging personality trait feel more comfortable when there is a set plan/schedule. They tend to have planners and schedules in their daily life.
Perceiving types are flexible when it comes to dealing with unexpected challenges. They go with the flow and work closer to deadlines. Rather than controlling their environment, they prefer to adapt to it.
