Many of my friends know me as an adrenaline junkie, which is an understatement, because I am in love with roller coasters. The wind in my face, the sudden drops, the inversions, the overall thrill, these make roller coasters the perfect ride for adrenaline junkies like me. And Ferrari World in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is the perfect place for my fellow thrill-lovers.

I went on the four main rides at this amusement park. One of them has a world record for being the fastest roller coaster. You might think that this ride was the most dangerous and difficult ride.

I am sorry to say, you are wrong. The other rides there prove otherwise. So, this article is for all the roller coaster lovers like me, read on to find out which ride shook the sanity out of me.

4. Fiorano GT Challenge

I went on this ride with my family members, and one of them was my cousin. My cousin is afraid of roller coasters, yet he mustered up the courage to sit in this one. Little did he know, this ride actually was not difficult at all. In fact, it was a very easy journey.

The track is pretty straight, with a few turns here and there. The speed is not fast at all. It's a very chill roller coaster, perfect for a first-timer who wants to get into the coaster hype.

I sat in the front (tip: sit in the front for maximum enjoyment) and I did not regret it. The view was amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed this ride. However, I would not rank this as the best roller coaster I have been on.

3. Turbo Track

Turbo Track is like that one friend in the group who does not always share common grounds with all the other friends. This friend is usually an acquired taste. What is that one thing in this roller coaster which makes it different from all the other rides? The track.

It is a very unique track because it is not parallel to the ground in any way, and there are no turns. The track goes up perpendicular from the ground, so the riders go up perpendicular at a fast speed, and then they go down as well at the same speed. From my experience, it felt like some kind of free fall.

The whole ride takes 25 seconds, so it isn't really that long, but I guarantee these are some of the best 25 seconds of my life. Highly recommended from my side.

2. Formula Rossa

This is a world renowned roller coaster, because it is the world's fastest roller coaster. Sounds scary, right? But I assure you, if you do not have a problem with high speeds, this roller coaster will be a piece of cake for you. Boasting a speed of 240 km/hr, Formula Rossa is known for being a dangerous yet exciting ride, and it is also one of the most visited in Ferrari World.

Before going on the roller coaster, I saw the faces of the people who came back from the ride. They were shaking, and they looked very scared. Almost like they had lost orientation in walking.

So I anticipated the worst. But, it's clearly not the worst. The track was straight with a few turns, and there was lots of wind on my face, but it felt amazing. After the ride, I felt more excited than ever. I am saying this with confidence, you will regret it if you miss the chance.

1. Flying Aces

Flying Aces is by far the most dangerous ride I went on at Ferrari World. The whole experience shook me. I even tried summoning every deity I knew of to come save me.

Even before the ride, they keep you behind doors, so you cannot even see the expressions of the people who came back; you don't know what to anticipate. I didn't think it would be so hard, but I was baffled when I saw the track. It had so many sudden drops and turns.

And the track was not straight, it was spiralling. Moreover, there were inversions, so for some time, I was practically upside down. Nevertheless, it is one of the best roller coasters I have been on. I highly recommend you all to try this one when you go to Yas Island.

In my opinion, it would be a shame if you do not go on at least 2 of these rides if you visit Ferrari World. I had a fantastic day at Ferrari World, and the reason for that was these roller coasters. Formula Rossa will make you feel like a video game, Flying Aces will give off aeroplane vibes. Turbo Track will not disappoint, and Fiorano GT Challenge is the chill ride which you can do if you don't feel like doing much.

These are my experiences, and I think I relate to lots of other teens like you reading this article. If you are a big fan of roller coasters like I am, I suggest you try out these rides, even if it's just for the thrill. You will not regret going on these rides, and that's for sure. Have a good one!
