How To Keep Your Skin Clear For Winter

In this article, I will be showing you how to keep your skin clear through winter. Maybe something that I use will be helpful for you. If you need help with keeping your skin clear for winter then keep on reading.

Wash your Face

One really big tip that I could tell you is to wash your face. I used the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit face wash and the same scrub. Also, I use my Vanity Planet spin scrub brush. Also, I use the Neutrogena Light Therapy Mask and I absolutely love it I use it at least once a week and my skin is clear so far.

Let Your Skin Breath

If you want your skin to be clear you should let your skin breath. I know some people wear makeup every day but sometimes you have to let your skin breath and let it clear up.  You are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to hide behind a mask.

Eat Healthily

If you want your skin to be clear you have to eat right. Eating right will help your skin to become clear and to stay clear. If you eat unhealthily that will cause your skin to break out.

Drink Water

Another way to keep your skin clear is to drink water. Whether that is fruit infused water or just plain water. This will help to keep your skin clear because you are keeping your body clean of junk.

Don't Stress

The biggest tip I can give you is to not stress so much. Stress is the number one leading cause of acne. Too much stress will make you break out and it will be harder to get rid of your acne if you are stressed out. I would recommend doing a face mask at least once a week and just having a day of relaxation. I would do a Sunday so you can start your next week out right and stress-free.

I hope that you enjoyed my tips on how to keep your skin clear!
