Amethyst helps bring forth peace, inner healing, stress relief, positive energy, and communication.

This is a great stone to use to curb feelings of anxiety. I personally use it most when I'm going through bouts of separation anxiety, which has been a lot during this past year. Amethyst opens up the mind and inspires creativity, this comes from being mostly connected to the Third Eye and Crown Chakra.

I kept a piece of Peacock Ore (along with Amethyst, Quartz, and Anyolite) in my pocket while I took the SAT earlier today.

Physically, Peacock Ore has been known to vivify sex and protect pregnancy. I've found it to help reduce period cramps, but haven't yet looked to verify if cramp reduction is one of its known abilities, or if it's maybe just a me thing.
