Sometimes it is more important to prioritize your health over fashion. However, it is certainly possible to dress accordingly to the weather, and still stay stylish. In the winter, remember to dress warm and wear layers so that you also don't get too warm in the classroom.
This applies to all of the seasons, whether it is dressing light layers for spring and summer, or leaning on the heavier side during autumn seasons. Be reasonable!

2. Maintain a Healthy Body
Remember to exercise regularly and eat well. This helps support your immune system, keeping a balance of the glucose being consumed and being burned off. It will help you maintain a healthy body so that you are less likely to get sick at school.
Even if you get sick, your body will be more likely to recover quickly with less complications then if your body systems are under functioning. Don't eat too much junk food that isn't typically healthy for your body, and remember to eat a considerable amount of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and iron to help your body stay strong.

3. Drink Water Regularly
Staying hydrated is also another important aspect of staying healthy. Your body will need enough water to support your body's systems. If you are dehydrated, you might feel dizzy and weak, thus, over time, your body will eventually weaken.
This will have a negative impact on your immune system, which means you are more likely to catch an illness. The minerals in water can also help your body stay in top notch function. Make sure to keep drinking water to stay hydrated!

4. Consume Vitamins or Supplements
Sometimes the food that you eat does not contain some necessary vitamins or nutrients that your body needs to stay strong. Be sure to consume vitamins like Vitamin C, zinc, Vitamin D, and iron. These vitamins, especially Vitamin C, are the most effective in strengthening your immune systems.
If you do not have access to this, you can boost your Vitamin C consumption by eating fruits and vegetables like oranges, kiwis, strawberries, and more. You can do this with any vitamin!

5. Sanitize and Clean Habitually
Washing your hands, or sanitizing your hands before touching your face and eating helps fight bacteria that might infect you with an illness. Hands are the body part that comes in touch with many objects, and all of these could have a lot of bacteria on them. Handwashing can kill up to 99.9% of bacteria on your hands, thus it is an effective way to kill bacteria and prevent getting sick.
You could also make a habit of disinfecting the surfaces that you are coming in contact with, such as your table or your workspace. A quick habit to start doing is bringing a portable hand sanitizing spray or paper soap to maximize convenience and efficiency.

6. Get Enough Sleep
Sleeping is the time where your body gets time to reset and helps your brain to function well the next day. If you do not get enough sleep, your body will not have time to repair and prepare itself for more activity. Over time, continuous lack of sleep can lead to weakening of the immune systems and you are more likely to get sick because of this.
Sleeping well will maximize your immune systems and the performance of your bodily functions overall. Thus, remember to get enough sleep!

7. Stay Home When Feeling Unwell
Finally, stay at home when you feel unwell. Your house has less bacteria than public spaces because there are less people and outside objects coming in contact with that space. If you leave your house with a weak immune system into another public space, you are more likely to get more sick than before.
Even if you feel a little bit unwell, stay home so that you can recover quickly. It is always better to be safe, than be sorry, especially when it is regarding your health and wellbeing.
