After nearly 4 years, popular Canadian singer and songwriter Shawn Mendes has announced his widely anticipated self-titled album: Shawn. This is set to be Shawn's 5th studio album and comes off the back of the famous singer taking an extended break from songwriting. Shawn first teased this album in March with some teasers of the song “Nobody Knows”, which is set to be one of the album's standout tracks. This is definitely one of the most hyped albums for 2024, and it is absolutely an album to look out for.

2. Kelsea Ballerini: Patterns (October 25)
From the streak of chart-toppers, Kelsea Ballerini is back with Patterns, which is expected to be an even deeper ride. Her base can expect earworm melodies, deep lyrics, and a more mature sound from this budding country-pop sensation.
This album will be her first since the 2022 release: Subject to Change and is widely hyped especially in the country music genre. Personally, I am particularly excited to see what Kelsea has to offer, and I recommend those that aren't usually into country to give her a listen.

Halsey's versatility has always been a defining characteristic. With The Great Impersonator, she continues to push boundaries, blending pop, rock, and alternative influences into a cohesive and thought-provoking project. Given Halsey's recent success in being a more mainstream artist, this album is to be a next step in Halsey establishing herself as a force in the music industry for years to come.
