Japanese food is known not only for its rich and delicate taste, but also for its visual appeal. The recipes are easy to follow and can be made with simple ingredients like eggs, cake flour, baking powder, and vanilla essence. To make the recipe, start with making meringues by beating eggs and sugar. Try taking a vessel with deep sides so that it provides space for the pancakes to cook properly. Add the meringues to the yolk mixture and add baking soda and vanilla essence. You will see a frothy mixture. Try keeping it upright to get a high rise in your pancakes.
