As election day is drawing closer in the U.S., presidential campaigns have increasingly been promoted and endorsed by celebrities. Both the Trump-Vance ticket and Harris-Walz ticket have relied on celebrity endorsement to get their message out there and promoted to a bigger audience, hoping to turn it into more votes.

Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown: Former Pittsburgh Steelers players joined Trump at his Pennsylvania rally. Brown said, “Kamala Harris and Tim Walz want to put tampons in the boys bathrooms. Is that crazy?

In an Instagram post, the self-proclaimed “Childless Cat Lady” said “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.” She cited that Harris' commitment to fight for rights and causes that she believes in, Walz's advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights, womens' right to their own bodies, and IVF as reasons she supports their cause. She signed off as “Childless Cat Lady”, referring to a comment Vance said in 2021, calling Democrats Childless Cat Ladies.
Megan Thee Stallion- At Harris's Atlanta rally, musician Megan Thee Stallion showed her support saying, “Make some noise for Ms. Harris, our future president…We about to make history with the first female president, the first female black president.”
Quavo- Quavo, at the Atlanta rally, said, “One of the issues I care about is resolving the gun violence issue…One thing I learned about working with Vice President Harris is she always stands on business. From inviting me to the White House last year to discuss these solutions to passing the biggest gun safety laws today. So it’s only right in the birthplace of the culture, it’s also the same place that launched the first African-American woman to run for president.”
Billie Eilish and Finneas- The musician pair took to Instagram in a video with Eilish saying, “We are voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy.” Finneas said, “We cant let extremists control our lives, our freedoms, and our future. She reposted Taylor Swift's Instagram post saying she's going to vote for Harris and Walz. Additionally, she told Variety that, “He [Walz] made a statement that made me rise up. George Clooney- "President Biden has shown what true leadership is. He’s saving democracy once again. We’re all so excited to do whatever we can to support Vice President Harris in her historic quest,” the Director said on a statement on to CNN.
Barbra Streisand- This EGOT winner told the NYT, “President Biden and Vice President Harris ushered this nation out of the Trump chaos. She will work to restore women’s reproductive freedom and continue with the accomplishments begun in the Biden-Harris administration.” She also shared on X, “I love Joe Biden, and all the wonderful things he’s done for our country. Anne Hathaway- At a Harris fundraiser in New York, Hathaway said, “Got a big choice to make, America, and you do have to make a choice, you do have to vote.” She added, ”In case you didn’t know, I’m voting for Kamala."

Eminem-At a Harris-Walz rally in Detriot, this rapper said, “I think that VP Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld.”
Bruce Springsteen- Springsteen, musician and rockstar, announced via Instagram that he will be voting for Harris and Walz: “Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are committed to a vision of this country that respects and includes everyone, regardless of class, religion, race, political point of view or sexual identity. Mindy Kaling- Actor and producer spoke at the DNC about her cooking video with Harris in 2019. “She had no desire to be seen as better than anyone else. De Niro kicked off the “Paisans for Kamala” livestream, which is Italian-Americans campaining for Harris-Walz. He says that he hopes they will win the election. “I’m very optimistic about it all. I’m very excited, but to me, it ain’t over till it’s over.
So we can’t for one second think that we’re ahead of this thing. We just have to be on it all the time until the very end because they’re going to try everything when the election day comes. Billie Jean King- On Harris's birthday, ex tennis player King shared a picture of her and Harris, with the caption, “Happy birthday to @vp Kamala Harris! Let's all do our part to ensure shes's the next President of the Unite States.”
