Now we all love a good Rom-Com book. I just read one the other day and gosh, did it get me out of my reading slump that I was struggling to get out of. Rom-Coms are mixed with comedy and romance.
The perfect combination if you ask me! We see all sorts of rom-coms. Christmas ones, thriller ones, traumatic ones, etc. The list is very long, and we do not have all day.

Why do we need these Rom-Coms? Oh, I am so glad that you asked. Rom-Com's bring excitement, love, the kind of mystery that you'll ask yourselves, "will she just kiss him already!??!?!" Plus, most of the time, THEY ARE CLEAN!
No smut, just clean and amazing chemistry between two lovers. Now many of us single ladies and gents need a good reminder of how good it would be to be in a relationship, or just a good show or book to watch or read when bored. Either way, they are interesting as heck, and the vibes of a good Rom-Com just hit differently.

Difference Between Books & Movies.
Now the difference between Rom-Com books and movies is that in the books, you can know what both characters or what one character is actually thinking. While if you're watching a movie, you can only see their expressions and lovey dovey scenes. Now the descriptions in the books may not always be the best but in movies, you can see how hot and how good looking the characters are, honestly in my opinion that's so needed.
Because when I tell you I struggle so much in books to actually get a good view of the characters, like what the heck man? In the movies, you're actually seeing it and don't get me wrong, I love to read but to see the magic play out is honestly so sweet and I always get goosebumps!

Rom-Com Movies.
As I said before, I love both books and the movies but in movies, you get more visual while in books you get more emotion. It's always amazing to see those fine as heck characters and the special effects they play in the most magical scenes. Now in books you do get a bit more detail but, in the movies, you can actually see the chemistry play out.
Especially when it's a really good one and they had really good directors, making the scenes and putting in every little detail. It's so good!

Me as a book and movie lover, I can't decide which I like better, but Rom-Coms are so cute and cuddly in both ways. I especially love when they aren't the main plot but a side plot. Rom-Coms are def needed in the big 2026!!!!
