Whatever you see in your mind can influence what happens in your reality. That is true to a certain point. Mentally growing means working on your mind: reading books, logical games and some other practices.
I am certain you have heard that the things you consume shape your future. Things you consume, whether passively or actively, actually leave a mark on your life.
Make it a habit to read at least two sections of a book daily. It is hard when you start, but it is consistency that makes it stick. There are things that we should avoid to make the mind strategic and logical.
Avoid doom scrolling. Do not avoid social media. Telling you not to do something that you are so used to is unrealistic. But by cutting it slowly, it could become easier to stop in the future.
Incorporate logical games in your daily life. Chess is a great choice. When the mind grows, you can easily grow in other aspects.

Be Physically Active
I won't tell you to become a gym rat because that is not possible if you have not been exercising in the past. Being physically active is not only about exercising, but what you give your body. Instead of eating what tastes good, try to give yourself something nutritious. It would be easier to exercise and move your body when you give it what is right.

Social
Socially growing does not mean having a thousand followers on Instagram or TikTok. That is even the opposite of what is intended. It means that you should do things that you enjoy.
For example, if you love volunteering, find a group and join them. It will make you work on your passion while growing with your members. It is easier and more fun to succeed when others are involved.

Financial
This is the most popular one. The majority of us are still young and under our parents' care. This does not refute the idea of learning or having your finances.
Adopt the habit of calculating your money (whether it is from a part-time job, birthday money gift, or from parents) before you spend it. It is actually easier to save when we are younger because not all our needs and wants are entirely on us.

Conclusion
Changing your life is a stack of habits that you should learn to incorporate daily for massive growth. It means little of a massive growth. Each habit will undergo a test of consistency and discipline.
If you are really serious about it, you would continue regardless of whatever challenges are in front of you. Will you grow regardless of the challenge? Or will you crumble under the challenge?
