The water is spiced up with a mix of spices like cumin, mint, and black salt making it zesty and refreshing. The mix of the crunchy puri with a soft filling and spicy water makes for an amazing taste exploding in every bit. That's why it's a hit all over India.

Vada pav is a favourite snack from Maharashtra sometimes called Indian Burger. As a person living in Mumbai, I can guarantee this is the most-eaten snack of all time here. It's spicy and has a deep fried potato fritter or the vada placed between the soft pav ( bread).
Vada pav is beloved for its combination of textures. It's a popular snack in Mumbai and across Maharashtra, eaten by people of all ages and typically enjoyed as a fun go-to snack.

7: Chai a.k.a Tea
“Chai isn't just a drink, it's a feeling” I totally agree with this statement. In India, Chai is a very special drink. When guests visit our home, we offer them a cup of tea.
In fact, We drink tea in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, and even in the evening. Chai is a classical Indian tea that's a big deal in Indian culture. It's usually made by steeping strong black tea leaves with a mixture of spices like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. The tea is then heated up with milk and sweetened by adding sugar. It's a drink thats a beloved part of daily life in India.
