Their Resistance Sweat and Ultimate Sweat classes are a fan favorite of mine, since it tones my body and makes me feel good in just 45-50 minutes. At the studio, you are provided with a mat and equipment, which you are asked to wipe down after the class is over. Although being very challenging at first, with 50 minutes of rigor, it will make you feel amazing afterwards.
