As we all know, popsicles are the summer treat. They are a refreshing snack to beat the heat of hot summer days. From the fruit ones to coffee options, you can make popsicles to your liking.

However, if you think about it, how many people know how to make them? Are they complicated to do? Not to worry! Below you can find 4 amazing and very easy recipes that will make your summer even better!

Key Lime Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 480 ml of Limeade (limes, sugar, and water. It's like lemonade, but made with limes)
  • 145 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 340 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest (optional, if you want to get a more intensive lime flavor)

Instructions:

  1. In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk until it is smooth and thoroughly mixed.
  2. Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture and insert the popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for 5–6 hours, or overnight (recommended).
  4. To unmold, turn the popsicle molds sideways and run them under warm water for 5 -15 seconds.
  5. Enjoy a refreshing popsicle!

Note: if you don't have popsicle molds, you can use a muffin tin.

Iced Tea Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 teaspoons (12 grams) of your favorite tea
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions:

  1. Add the boiling water to the teapot where you put the tea
  2. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes
  3. Mix sugar into the hot tea
  4. Fill the molds with tea
  5. Add the popsicle sticks (after the popsicles have frozen approximately halfway, so they are set in the center)
  6. Let them freeze
  7. Enjoy a refreshing popsicle!

Watermelon Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-kilogram watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the watermelon into small pieces
  2. Add the sugar and lime juice to a blender
  3. As well as the watermelon pieces
  4. Blend until smooth, adding enough water (or fruit juice) to liquefy the mixture
  5. Pour it into the popsicle molds and put them in the freezer
  6. Freeze them for around 2-3 hours or until they are fully frozen
  7. Enjoy a very refreshing treat!

Iced Coffee Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cold coffee
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 - 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix the coffee, milk, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust to your preference.
  3. Fill the popsicle molds halfway with the mix, then insert wooden sticks.
  4. Freeze until completely stiff, ideally overnight.
  5. Enjoy!
