I had recently been listeining to Taylor Swift's new 2025 album called The Life Of a Showgirl, so I figured why not rate them all.

Pretty good opening track for the album. The best part of this one is the instrumentation and vocal effects. The piano, drums, and echo really give it a chill vibe. To be honest, it has a really likable vibe to it and really is a great track to open the album.

Elizabeth Taylor 7.5/10
Really love the uptempo confident tone that Taylor has in this song. It feels like a song that would be great if it were on her Reputation album. With that said, the vibe the song gives off makes it a bit of a weird fit for the rest of the album, but looking at it in general, it's pretty good.
Opalite 7/10
When I first listiened to Opalite it reminded me of Post Malone's Circles and Save Your Tears by the Weekend, but its not quite as interesting lyrically. Very generic, its just the composition that saves this song for me. The key and overall song progression is very predictable and while its a not something that makes the song bad, I just wish Taylor would try to branch out more and try something bold.
Father Figure 6/10
Not particularly interesting, and the lyrics just don't have anything inspiring in them. Lazy songwriting if truth be told. No storytelling or any cool instrumentation is done here.
Eldest Daughter 9/10
Songs like these are where I have found Taylor to be at her best. Very heartfelt lyrics that actually convey a meaningful story and message, which are complemented by a wonderful piano background. For all the types of songs Taylor has done throughout her career, the one thing that makes her a musical icon is her songwritting and her ability to storytell, through her lyrics and Eldest Daughter is the perfect representation of that.
Ruin The Friendship 8.7/10
Love the R&B-inspired beat and the subtle nod to Taylor's original roots in country. Subtle and enjoyable, and Taylor's vocals here remind me of her older work but with a modern delivery. Really, I think Taylor should embrace this style in her future work.
Come to think of Taylor should use this song as a reference for a future country album, going back to her roots a little. The whole song is just very wholesome and nostalgic for someone who has listened to her entire discography.
Actually Romantic 7.4/10
What I found most interesting with this one is the drums, they add an extra punch and her vocals really make this song more fulfilling. Perhaps this could be an inspiration for future works that Taylor has planned because it works better than I would have expected.
Wi$h LiSt 5/10
Not a fan, the lyricism just doesn't work on any level. It feels like a poor remake of Daylight from Taylor's 2019 Lover album. This whole style doesn't really show Swift's vocal range; it feels more like rhyming for the sake of it. I feel like the album itself could have done without it because it just doesn't have anything unique about it for me.
Wood 8.4/10
My thoughts for Wood is that it gives vibes to a song that would be on Swift's 2014 album 1989. It's very chill and upbeat, just positive vibes throughout. Given the type of aesthetic that Taylor is going for, it just feels kind of out of place, but that doesn't mean it's a bad song because it really is quite good.

CANCELLED! 6/10
Don't have much to say; there is nothing of note for this song. Nothing more, nothing less. There is nothing particularly spectacular about the song, but it is not boring by any means. There is just nothing notable that comes to mind for me, hence why I rate this a 6.
Honey 9.2/10
Most underrated track on the album. I'm surprised by how well the piano-hip-hop beat works together, and Swift's signature songwriting really makes this a worthwhile listen. I actually want Taylor to embrace this style more often because it actually works really well. Hopefully, in her future discography, Taylor makes songs like this, maybe even with a rapper like she did in 2014 with Kendrick Lamar on Blank Space.
The Life Of A Showgirl Feat. Sabrina Carpenter 10/10
Best song on the album. Perfectly encapsulates Taylor's discography, like her "Eras" that she has had in her career. Sabrina's vocals complement Taylor's perfectly, and the cherry on top is the ending of the song, which uses the ending of Taylor's Eras tour, which helps to finish the album perfectly.
To put it another way, this song combines all of Taylor's maby eras (her country era, pop era, etc) into one beautiful ending track. It is probably my favourite song from her ever.

Conclusion
In conclusion, this is definitely a hit or miss album, with some tracks that really showcase Taylor's talent and some that leave me wanting more. But credit where credit is due, I respect Taylor for branching out more and trying different styles of music with her most recent album.
