"10 Things I Hate About You," is one of the funniest movies ever created in the 90's. We've pulled together a list of the top 10 best moments from this iconic 90's movie.
1. Why yes father, I made lots of boys cry!
I never really liked many of the father's lines in this movie. But this one is classic! I could see other dads saying this to their high schooler daughter. It's just spot on.
2. This is such an iconic kiss!
Whenever Kat and Patrick kissed, I just feel all giddy inside. But this one was just gosh dang beautiful. They're a beautiful couple.
I mean, they're perfect for each other. Don't ya think?
3. Oh, ya know, just playing with fire...
This scene was hilarious. When Cameron and his friend were "investigating" Patrick. Patrick totally made them think he was someone he's not. But it wasn't his fault, he's just playing with fire!
4. Wait woah what? I'm not pretty?
Oh. My. Gosh.
This was truly hilarious. I do think guys can be pretty and/or beautiful. But when they were "figuring out" if he was pretty because Kat liked pretty guys, I laughed so hard.
5. I totally didn't mean to do that!!
This is one of my favorite scenes. When Kat trashes Joey's car because he's in the way, it's just..beautiful. He deserved it!
6. So uh yeah..that's why I went out with him!
I've done this before. Wanted to be with a guy just because of his looks. But it can turn into a toxic relationship, just like Joey and Kat or Joey and Bianca. So watch out!
7. I accidentally fell in love with you...
This was so cute. Even after all he did, they were still in love with each other. Plus, he really wasn't supposed to fall in love with her!
It was was just a deal with Joey. But what guy wouldn't fall in love with Kat?
8. Oh wait, he's singing to me?!
I loved this. It's by far one of my favorite scenes. Also, one of my favorite ways he won Kat back!
He even fought the school police! Just so he could sing to and win back the girl he loves.
9. That's the single thing I hate the most.
When you think you hate someone, and you think you hate everything about them, you really might. But when it comes to guys, that's a different story. Especially one you're in love with. You wanna hate them so bad, but you're in love with them!
10. They're such good actors oh my gosh...
Heath Ledger and Julia Stiles were great for this movie. Perfect, actually. They captured the characters beautifully. Also, their on-screen chemistry was so amazing.
11. This was such spot-on mockery!
If you have siblings, you know what it's like to mock and be mocked. Mocking is the fun part. Anytime Kat mocks her sister, Bianca, it really is spot on.
12. And how it all began.
When Patrick goes up to Kat to try and ask her out (for the first of a million times), my heart melted. Their first interaction!! Swoon. Just wait for their first kiss.
