Fall is a time for comfort, peace, and most importantly, baking! From apple cider cupcakes to maple butter blondies, this list features ten delicious desserts you must make this autumn season! All ingredients and full recipes are listed, so I hope you enjoy getting your bake on!

1. Marshmallow Toffee Cookies

Looking to get creative in the kitchen this fall season? Check out these delicious marshmallow toffee cookies! These cookies have the perfect balance of sweet and savory and will make absolutely anyone’s mouth water!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Country Crock

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 large egg yolk

  • 2 tsps. vanilla extract

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate toffee bits

  • 3/4 cup mini marshmallows

How to Make:

  • Preheat oven to 375°

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and Country Crock until fluffy

  • Add the egg, egg yolk, and mix. Continue until well mixed

  • Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda until the dough is soft and creamy

  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the ungreased baking sheet (3-inches apart)

  • Add the mix-ins to each tablespoon worth of dough

  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden

  • Remove from baking sheet and cool completely

2. No-Bake Cranberry Cheesecakes

Personally, cheesecake is one of my all-time FAVORITE desserts, so the moment I saw this no-bake cranberry cheesecake, I knew I had to give it a try. This dessert is perfect for the holiday season and has a delightful mix of sweet but tangy flavors!

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 6oz crispy gingersnap cookies

  • 1/2 tsp homemade pumpkin pie spice

  • 3 tbsp melted salted challenge butter

Cheesecake:

  • 2 8oz packages of room temperature Challenge Cream cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

  • 2 tsp orange zest

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Toppings:

How to Make:

  • In a food processor or blender, blend the gingersnap cookies and pumpkin pie spice until the cookie forms crumbs

  • In a small bowl, combine and blend the cookie crumbs and butter

  • Press two tbsp of crumbs onto the bottom of individual serving dishes

  • With a large bowl and electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and orange zest for 3 minutes

  • Add in vanilla extract and mix for another minute

  • Pipe or spoon cheesecake fillings into the serving dishes

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When serving, top each cheesecake with cranberry sauce

3. Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate

As we all know, fall is not complete without an array of delicious drinks! Today, I have chosen this phenomenal pumpkin white hot chocolate. This drink features the most exquisite flavors and is perfect for those chilly nights. I don’t know about you, but this is going to be my go-to drink this fall!

Ingredients:

  • 15oz can pumpkin puree

  • 14oz can sweeten condensed milk

  • 4 cups milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips

  • whipped cream and cinnamon sticks (optional)

Recipe:

  • In a pot, whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, regular milk, vanilla, and pumpkin spice until smooth

  • Heat over medium heat until simmering

  • Stir in white chocolate chips until melted

  • Serve and top with optional whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and extra pumpkin pie spice

With apple picking being such a popular pastime, I 10/10 recommend going apple-picking and, upon arriving home, creating these delicious apple cider cupcakes. These cupcakes are divine and simply leave your mouth tasting like fall!

Ingredients:

Cupcakes:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted butter

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 granulated sugar

  • 2 large egss

  • 3/4 cup apple cider

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8oz of room-temperature full-fat cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup of room-temperature unsalted butter

  • 3 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp salt

Cupcake Recipe:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F

  • Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners

  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg

  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk and combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar

  • One by one, whisk in eggs until smooth. Then, add vanilla and apple cider

  • Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until combined

  • Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 of the way

  • Bake for 21-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

  • Remove and allow to cool before frosting

Frosting Recipe:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter on high until smooth and creamy

  • Add the confectioner's sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and continue to beat on high for about 3 minutes

  • Pipe the frosting onto cooled cupcakes

This dessert is perfect for a ton of different occasions, from a cozy night watching movies to parties and events. The flavors are terrific and I genuinely can't get enough of this recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup marshmallow cream

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe:

  • In a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat heavy cream until it begins to bubble

  • Then, add the chocolate chips and whisk quickly on low heat until it becomes a textured ganache

  • Set aside to cool and thicken.

  • In two separate jars, layer: 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup marshmallow cream, 1/2 cup panache, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

I will always stand by the fact that maple butter blondies are an essential fall dessert! These delicious dessert bars have the most amazing touch of fall and are incredibly flavorsome. This recipe also happens to be inspired by the cream cheese-maple butter pecan blondies at Applebees, so if you are a fan or have been wanting to try them, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients:

Blondies:

  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts

Maple Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 cup granulate sugar

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Line a 9-x-9" pan with parchment paper

  • In a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend the butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  • Beat in maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs one by one

  • Then, on low, add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix

  • Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Afterward, press the dough into pan

  • Bake until golden for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

  • While cooling, in a small saucepan, melt butter on medium heat

  • Then add sugar, maple syrup, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt on low

  • Stir occasionally, until the cream cheese has melted and the sugar is dissolved

  • Removed from heat and let cool

  • Serve blondies with a drizzle of sauce and a scoop of ice cream

  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 1 large egg

  • 4oz of softened cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 tbps all-purpose flour

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Grease a 9-x-5'" loaf pan with cooking spray

  • In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, egg, brown sugar, oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract

  • Then, blend and combine pumpkin spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

  • Pour 2/3 of the batter into prepared pan

  • After, combine the large egg, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and flour to create the cream cheese filling

  • Pour cream cheese filling onto the batter and spread out gently. Pour the final batter on top

  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean, then allow 15 minutes to cool

8. Apple-Sour Cream Crisp

If you have a raging sweet tooth like me, I definitely recommend trying this apple-sour cream crisp! This delicacy has the perfect balance of flavors diversifying between sweet and savory, with the topping leaving the most pleasant crunch! Coming home after apple-picking to create this dessert sounds like an ideal autumn day to me!

Ingredients:

Apple Crisp:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 lb. Pink Lady or Gala apples

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Crumb Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw)

Recipe:

  • Lightly butter a 9in pie dish

  • In a large bowl, blend the sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg

  • Then, peel, core, and cut the apples into 1/2-inch pieces

  • Add the apples to the cream cheese mixture and toss

  • Cover with the crumb topping and bake for 60-76 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the top is golden

Crumb Topping:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt.

  • Add the butter and mix between fingers until crumbs form

  • Toss with oats, and sugar, and squeeze the crumble to form small clubs

  • Cover and chill for at 20 minutes

9. Churro Chips & Cheesecake Dip

I genuinely don’t think I had been more addicted to a dessert until I tried these churro chips! The balance of cinnamon and sugar is heavenly and I simply can’t get enough of them! I also included my all-time favorite cheesecake dip that serves as the most delicious side.

Ingredients:

Churro Chips:

  • 6 medium flour tortillas

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Cheesecake Dip:

  • 1 package cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon, separated

  • 2 tbsp of melted butter

  • 2 tsp sugar

Recipe:

Churro Chip:

  • Preheat oven to 425°or air fryer at 375°

  • Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles, Then, toss the tortillas in butter and ensure both sides are coated

  • In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar

  • In batches, toss tortillas in the cinnamon sugar combination

  • Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer

  • Bake until crispy for 8-10 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes in the oven or in the air fryer for 6 minutes

Cheesecake Dip:

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Beat the mixture for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy

  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining cinnamon, melted butter, and sugar

  • Pour the mixture into the cream cheese batter and mix

10. Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

These dark chocolate raspberry truffles are a delicious addition to this list and completely different from any other dessert above. These truffles are perfect for the fall season as they’re incredibly rich and appetizing, and the flavor is heavenly.

Ingredients:

  • 8oz dark chocolate, chips or chopped

  • 4oz heavy cream

  • 2 tbsps raspberry preserves (jam)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder

Recipe:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, place the chocolate and set aside

  • In a shallow saucepan or pot sitting over medium heat, pour heavy cream and heat until almost boiling

  • Once it begins to stream, pull it off and immediately pour it over chocolate

  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then stir until extremely smooth

  • Add raspberry preserves and stir to combine

  • Place uncovered in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until the ganache has hardened

  • Line a large half-pan baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Use a tablespoon to scoop small portions. Then, roll them into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes

  • Place cocoa powder in a small bowl and roll until completely coated
